If you’re 18+ and healthy, you can be a lifesaver. Blood has no substitute and cannot be made — it comes only from voluntary donors. In Jangalmahal, blood shortages are common, especially in summer. Fewer donation camps mean empty blood banks, forcing families to suffer or pay high prices to illegal brokers.

To commemorate the retirement of Mr. Banshidhar Bauri, a highly respected Assistant Teacher of Barabhum High School under the Barabazar Block, a special Blood Donation Camp is being organized.
